Anthony Susac is a 2021 RHP with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Sacramento, CA who attends Jesuit. Big and strong physical athlete. Compact arm action in back that hides the ball extremely well, has sound directional mechanics that he repeats well. Classic sinker/slider pitcher, works up to 93 mph on his fastball with consistent late heavy life in the zone. Slider is a quality present pitch with lateness and bite with good feel for the zone on the pitch. Has confidence in his change up and can move it to both sides of the plate with ideal arm speed and deception. Three-pitch durable starter type whose raw stuff still has a chance to tick up a bit. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Arizona.
