Peyton Samuels is a 2022 SS/2B, 3B, OF with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Lake Worth, FL who attends Park Vista Community. Recorded a 6.87 second sixty-yard dash time. Long, lanky frame with projection and room to fill out. Primary infielder with deliberate actions throughout the fielding process, flashing the ability to range laterally fairly well and funnel cleanly out in front. Recorded arm strength up to 81 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from wide, even based stance with a lower hand set, low back elbow and small leg lift trigger. Controlled approach with good rhythm, well-engaged lower half and good extension out in front. Shows consistent ability to impact there baseball, getting on plane early and delivering the barrel on-time with authority. Middle-of-the field intent with loose, quick hands that can adjust well on the inner-half. Creates leverage and carry to the pull-side, flashing legit future power potential. Will continue to improver with further advancement defensively and additional strength. Good present tools offensively with upside. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
