Blaze Milam is a 2024 RHP/IF with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Liberty Hill, TX who attends Liberty Hill. Strong athletic build. Starts with a belt high leg lift, long and fast arm action with a long on-line stride down the mound, has some effort at release. Fastball worked in the mid-80's and topped out at 86 mph, was up to 89 mph earlier in the month at a PG event, fastball has some arm side running life, will miss up when his arm gets behind his lower half. Maintained his arm speed well on his slider, slider has a short cutter like break. Has been a consistent strike thrower at PG events, can continue to work on improving his breaking ball. Excellent student.
