Oliver Yan Pie is a 2019 OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, DR. Medium frame with slender, athletic build, still just 13 years old at the time of the event. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.15 seconds. Showed well with the bat, quick hands through the zone on line drive swing plane, smoothness to stroke throughout, good barrel skills with feel for contact, can drive the ball on a line, will only improve as he continues to gain strength. Worked out in the outfield, athletic actions, moves well to the ball and stays balanced through actions, quick release with arm clocked up to 83 mph, arm is fast and projects for strength. Named to 2019 World Showcase Top Prospect List.
