Lucas Clark is a 2027 RHP with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Smyrna, GA who attends Woodward Academy. Tall and slender pitcher's build with lots of physical projection remaining. Works exclusively from the stretch with a belt high leg raise and drop and drive lower half mechanics to the plate, whippy high 3/4's arm slot with good extension out front at release. Fastball was in the low 80's and topped out at 84 mph, located his fastball well to both sides of the plate and showed both four and two-seam action at different times. Threw an 11/5 curveball with good downer depth as his primary breaking ball, pitch had good spin and good promise. Also mixed in a cutter/slider in the upper 70's. Good chance to keep improving as he gets stronger and more physically mature. Good student. Named to the PG National Underclass Showcase-Main Event Presented by GEICO Top Prospect List.
