Cullen Garner is a 2028 OF/RHP with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Fleming Island, FL who attends Ridgeview. Lean athletic mold. In the outfields, he closes well with a glove that works out front with fluid arm strong stroke into strong accurate throws. In the infiedl, he shows fairly smooth footwork with decent lateral range. Funn els well with soft hands. Right-handed hitter, wide base, high back elbow, and high hands. Doesn't fully engage the lower half but works direct to the ball. Middle to pull approach with line drive results. Some strength in there but still figuring out how to tap in to it. On the mound, he has good rhythm to the operation with outstanding command of the three-pitch mix. Intent to establish the fastball. Can climb the ladder for whiffs. Lots of arm speed here and a high ceiling. 7.13 60-yard. Excellent student.
