Keaton Mathis is a 2026 C/RHP/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Jonesboro, AR who attends Valley View. Medium athletic build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, starts from a medium base with an open front foot, has very good present bat speed, hits through the ball with strong hands and lots of mid field jump. 6.72 runner in the sixty, runs very well for a primary catcher. Sets up one knee down behind the plate, has quick feet and a very quick and efficient transfer, big arm strength with low and accurate throws, athleticism on defense really stands out. Undoubtedly able to play multiple positions well on defense. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Arkansas. Named to the PG National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
