Julian Pitts is a 2025 RHP/1B/SS with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Saint Petersburg, FL who attends Seminole. Taller and lean frame with athleticism present in his build. Ran a 7.29 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with a high-waist and long levers in the lower half. Starts in line and works into a tight delivery with very quick tempo. Has a knee-to-knee leg lift. It's short but he can also alter it to disrupt timing and mess with the hitters' timing. Has a full-arm stroke with whippy arm action and a low release. His fastball was up to 90 mph with tons of run and sink on the pitch. He turned to his changeup often, killing spin and showing some depth to it. Also showed a 10-4 breaking curveball in the mid-70s as well. Very athletic frame on the mound that created tough looks for hitters with the velocity to overpower at times. A right-handed hitter with the hands high and back elbow up. Uses a hanging leg lift trigger to get on time. Loads deep in his stance and gets through the zone with some strength behind it. Worked out as an infielder with a lower slot on his throws across at 87 mph. Also worked out as an outfielder with his athletic frame helping him get to the ball. Fielded it square and uses a full arm action with strength behind it at 87 mph with carry. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
