Jayden Ohrt is a 2026 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from North Liberty, IA who attends Clear Creek Amana. He has a good frame with room to fill as he continues to develop and add strength. Ran the 40-Yard Dash in 5.54 seconds. Primary left-handed pitcher that works exclusively from the stretch. He uses a knee to belt leg kick and does a nice job of working down the mound in line with the plate. He utilizes a medium arm action on the mound and fires from a 3/4 slot. He showed nice arm speed on his delivery. He has a higher effort delivery and primarily leans on his fastball on the mound. When ahead, he looks to put hitters away with his curveball that has 1/7 shape with nice depth. Secondary outfielder that did a nice job of working into a good fielding position. He fields the ball cleanly and works through the ball. He throws with a longer arm action and showed promising arm strength when firing to his target. Left-handed hitter that starts in an open stance with high hands and a low back elbow. He uses a medium, hanging leg kick for timing. He does a nice job of creating separation with his upper half and drives through the ball with his legs. He has quick hands through the zone that he pairs with a flatter path, leading to nice line drive contact. He looks to pull the ball and showed the ability to create pop off the bat. Excellent student.
