Aidan Anthony is a 2022 RHP/2B/IF with a 6-1 140 lb. frame from Tatum, TX who attends Tatum. Long and slender build with lots of room to get stronger. High leg raise delivery, extended 3/4's arm slot that will drop towards mid 3/4's at times, low effort delivery that he repeats well. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, works his fastball consistently at the bottom of the strike zone. Slider was his best pitch this outing, sweeping slurve type break, lands his slider consistently for strikes. Flashed a nice change up for a strikeout. Has an idea how to pitch, will keep adding to his stuff if he can get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a big late back tap load, flashes some power when he gets separated through the zone to contact. 7.66 runner in the sixty. Showed good body control for his build in the infield, good fundamental footwork to both sides, showed the coordination in the infield that he used to throw strikes on the mound. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
