Evan Harbort is a 2028 3B/RHP/OF with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Cambridge, WI who attends Cambridge. Tall and physical build with lots of room to continue adding strength. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a high hand load and a hanging medium leg raise timer, stays inside and showed quick and strong hands, was well timed and lived on the barrel with hard line drive contact to all fields. 7.23 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, plays tall to the ball but gets his glove down on time and fields it cleanly, whippy and loose arm action, can change slots comfortably and made accurate throws, was under control and balanced in his actions. Also worked out in the outfield, was athletic to the ball with good direction into his throws, can get on top of the ball more consistently to use his arm strength. Took a turn on the mound as well, works from the stretch with a belt high leg raise, gets down the mound well with a clean arm action and a high 3/4's arm slot, gets downhill well at release. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with some running life. Curveball had short 11/5 shape, also showed a firm change up with good arm speed. Has some ability as a secondary pitcher to build on. Named to the Midwest Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
