Nolan Slaymaker is a 2028 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-2 220 lb. frame from Fort White, FL who attends Columbia. Big and strong athletic build. High level two-way prospect. Right handed hitter, hits from a balanced base with a high leg raise trigger and a busy hand load, lots of timing to sync up but has big power when everything is on time, big game home run. 7.20 runner in sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, showed big arm strength in drills, charged the ball well, still developing his hands and glove positioning. Throws from a high slot on the mound with big downhill angle to the plate, big lower half drive down the mound. Fastball topped out at 93 mph and sat in the upper 80's, mid-70's curveball had sharp biting action and 11/5 shape and depth. Also flashed a change up. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
