2024 National Indoor Showcase (Saturday-Wentzville)
Carson Ramos is a 2025 C/3B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Wentzville, MO who attends Timberland. Works from a large frame with plenty of strength and athleticism present throughout. Primary catcher, starts in a wide side saddled stance with open feet. Displayed quickness getting out of the crouch before working into a midline transfer. Breaks into a medium arm path and creates some whip to the arm. Delivered accurate throws to the bag on one hop. Recorded arm strength up to 80 mph with a pop time of 2.02 sec. Secondary third baseman, stays light on the feet and shows the glove early when working through the baseball. Funneled it cleanly and recorded arm strength up to 84 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, starts in an even base with a low back elbow and low hand set-up. Utilizes a hover trigger for timing before working into an uphill bat path. Produced consistent contact to the pull-side and middle of the field. Turns fast to the point of launch, creating tons of strength at impact. Recorded an exit velocity of 90 mph. Ran a 7.27 sixty-yard dash. Good student. Named to the 2024 National Indoor (Saturday-Wentzville) Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
