Luke Miers is a 2028 RHP/3B/MIF with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Missouri City, TX, who attends Ridge Point. He is a 7.43 runner in the sixty. On the mound, he works from a smooth stretch-only delivery with a clean handset set high at chin level and has good direction down the mound. He throws from a three-quarter arm slot, and his fastball has natural arm-side run that he can locate to both sides of the plate. His curveball has a 10/5 shape and can be a put-away when thrown with conviction, adding velocity and spin. He has feel with the changeup and projection to be a solid third pitch. He competes with confidence and has a feel for his mix. Defensively, he shows excellent athleticism in the outfield, with length, smooth actions, and a strong arm, making accurate one-hop throws with carry. In the infield, he has soft hands, good range, and consistent balance, handling plays confidently and showing the tools to stick at a corner infield position as he continues to grow. At the plate, he has a strong, projectable frame with an inline stance and smooth mechanics. His swing has length and rhythm, and he has the ability to consistently make contact and generate power to all fields. Excellent student with a 4.1 GPA.
