Finnian O'Loughlin is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Jersey City, NJ who attends Delbarton. Long and lean athletic build with good present strength and more to come. Right handed hitter, starts from a medium stance with a knee lift trigger, turns hard and gets into his lower half very well, big bat speed and present power, drove both gaps loudly, stood out with his offensive potential and ability to impact the ball. 6.80 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has deliberate actions to the ball and builds his momentum into his throws, throws from a high 3/4's arm slot with a big crow hop, plenty of raw arm strength but can refine all his other defensive actions. Took a turn on the mound, has an athletic delivery with good arm speed and a low 3/4's arm slot, gets fast with his front side at times and opens early. Fastball topped out at 89 mph and worked it to the glove side for the most part. Change up was his best pitch, played it off his fastball well, with nice sink into the bottom of the zone. Tends to slow on his breaking ball with developing feel and consistency. Good student.
