Banks Teater is a 2025 C/ with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Magee, MS who attends Magee. Ran a 7.28 second sixty. Primary catcher with a long athletic build showing room to add more strength moving forward. Sits balanced in the crouch with a good base. Gets out fo the crouch well gaining ground into the throws with clean actions showing good arm strength to the bases with a 2.00 second pop time. On the mound the arm strength stands out with a fastball that gets into the mid 80's topping out at 85 mph with life to the arm side getting on hitters quickly. The slider shows some horizontal actions in the mid 70's with consistent hand speed landing for strikes. Left-handed hitters, starts with a narrow base showing a smooth swing path with good intent getting the bat head out front with carry to the pull side. Very good student. Named to the Sunshine Gulf Coast Top Prospect List.
