2025 PG National Underclass Showcase-Main Event Presented by GEICO
Gabe Bowne is a 2028 LHP/1B/OF from Newnan, GA, attending Northgate High School, with a strong 6’2”, 182-lb frame and room to continue developing. He's a 6.83 runner in the sixty. On the mound, he works from the stretch with an efficient, controlled delivery and throws from a high three-quarter arm slot. He shows advanced fastball command, working to both sides of the plate and changing eye levels. Hitters struggled to square him up, and he was very efficient. His changeup has late fade and helps disrupt timing, while his slider plays as an effective put-away pitch. He has a feel for pitching and projects well as a left-handed arm in the 2028 class. Defensively, he brings value as a strong-armed outfielder with good carry and accuracy on his throws. He has a quick arm, consistent release, and his size and athleticism allow him to handle plays cleanly. At the plate, he is a left-handed hitter with a balanced setup, bat speed, and leverage.
