Kane Bartley is a 2028 RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from El Cajon, CA who attends El Capitan. Lean, athletic build with lots of room to fill in and get stronger. 7.12 runner in the sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch and pushed off the first base side of the rubber. Lifts his leg up to the belt before separating his hands at the chin and into a slightly deeper arm path. Accelerates the shoulder well and releases the baseball from a low 3/4 arm slot. Fastball carried well through the strike zone with a run/ride profile, topping out at 84 mph. Mixed in a tighter curveball with 11-5 shape and later actions. Secondary outfielder, took efficient routes to the baseball and approached it well. Remained under control with his footwork. Tends to field the ball off to the side while working through it. Kept his throws low and online while recording arm strength up to 84 mph. Right-handed batter, starts in a narrow, upright stance with a high back elbow and high hand set-up. Takes a long stride out and turns the barrel over well. Maintains rhythm in the box but can get too rotational at times. Impacts the ball with easy strength from gap to gap when timed up. Posted an exit velocity of 86 mph. Great student. Named to the PG National Underclass Showcase-Main Event Presented by GEICO Top Prospect List.
