Connor Lane is a 2024 C/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Old Saybrook, CT who attends Old Saybrook Senior. Strong and physical build. Ran the sixty in 7.57 seconds. A primary catcher, he did a nice job of staying athletic in his stance. He showed a quick transfer and release along with consistent accuracy on his throws down to 2B. His best pop time was recorded at 1.97 seconds and a velocity of 79 MPH. With the bat he works out of a slightly open stance and uses a flat bat path through the zone to spray line drives to all-fields and flashing pull side juice. Excellent student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
