2026 PG Preseason HS Prospect Showcase
Maddox Tepper is a 2027 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL who attends Ponte Vedra. Strong athletic build. Ran a 7.00 60-yard dash. Left-handed pitcher, works from a simple delivery on the mound but still developing consistency on his release point, some arm speed to work with, will find more velocity consistency as time goes on, 11/5 shape to the curveball, short arm-side action to the change and sells release, up to 84-mph. First baseman, has feel for the glove out front, works well in space, solid average arm across the diamond, made all the plays. Secondary outfielder, one handed gather to the side, clean arm action, full arm action, coordinated with solid arm strength and gets on top at release with good lines. Left-handed hitter, even base, high hands, small stride, basic swing, loads hands to the back shoulder, low liners to the middle of the field were his best contact results. Excellent student. Named to the PG Preseason High School Showcase Top Prospect List.
