Eli Herst is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 6-5 205 lb. frame from Seattle, WA who attends Seattle Academy. Extra large frame with broad shoulders and substantial projection remaining. Primary right-handed pitcher who only pitched and ran the 60 during the event. Fluid mover with a low effort, easy operation on the mound. Compact arm swing and peaked at 92 mph, living in the 89-91 mph range. Good vertical qualities to the fastball and could generate swings and misses under the fastball. Really advanced feel for offspeed. Changeup gets lots of arm side fading action and is adept at landing the pitch arm side. Breaker got up to 20 inches of sweeping action. Advanced at playing with the x-axis utilizing the offspeed pitches while offering sizable physical projection. Terrific student. Verbal commitment to Vanderbilt.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
