Kash Willock is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Ridgeland, MS who attends Ridgeland. Features an athletic frame with some size and strength. Ran a 6.95 60-yd dash. In the OF, showed quality actions. Long athletic strides to the baseball where he fields it clean and out front and works through it well. Uses a big crow hop into throws with a slower gather. Arm showed avg. strength but throws had some natural carry with semi-accuarcy. At the plate, operates from a wider base and used a toe tap trigger. Some stiffness to the swing that works on a level path through with decent bat/hand speed and strength. Inconsistent barrel and timing feel during his round but when better synced up flashed some pull side impact. On the mound, some stiffness to the operation especially in the lower half. More tall/fall type with a shorter stride. On-line but with minimal block. Used a longer arm action in the back that worked up to an over the top slot and pushes a bit to release. Ran the FB up to 71 where it had some natural cutting action. Mixed in a mid 60s breaking ball with shorter shape and flashes of some depth. Quality strike thrower in his shutout inning of work. Named to the Top Prospects list.
