Landon Murr is a 2028 RHP/OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Blessed Trinity Catholic. Primary RHP with a tall and slender athletic build with lots of time and room to get stronger. Slow and in control methodical delivery that stays over the base well and gathers on his back side. Moves well down the slope with good athleticism. Throws from a standard 3/4 slot with good arm speed. Fastball worked up to 83 with ASR and locates it well around the edges. Comfort with his curve showing 11-5 shape and depth. Will go to curve early in count and can drop it in and locate. Works ahead with tempo explosive through release. Projectable off the mound and velo should continue to trend up. Also played outfield getting up to 80 from there with controlled and deliberate footwork. Gets good carry on his throws with accuracy. Also ran a 7.17 sixty. Right-handed hitter with an even base. Uses a small leg lift and stride for timing and rhythm. Slices the barrel through the zone with a short two-handed finish. Strong pull-side contact displayed when on time and on plane. Excellent student. Named to the PG National Underclass Showcase-Main Event Presented by GEICO Top Prospect List.
