Leland McCook is a 2027 C/RHP/1B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Evans, GA who attends Greenbrier. Medium athletic build with the beginnings of some present strength. Primary catcher on defense, has good fundamentals and repeats his mechanics well, has been well taught, feet and lower half work well, makes accurate on line throws with some young carry. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with an early shift to his front side, downhill swing plane with a direct path to the ball, moves the ball around the field, bat speed will improve with additional strength and some adjustments. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
