Hogan Penny is a 2015 OF/ with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Paradise, TX who attends Paradise. Recorded a 6.99 second 60 yard dash time, showcasing good speed. Sturdy and athletic frame with present strength, physically mature. Primary outfielder with a passive approach, gets into a good fielding position and displays knowledge of the footwork. Longer gather and transfers, throws from an over the top slot with a long arm action. Made accurate throws at 81 mph. Right-handed hitter with a tall stance and slightly open base. Quick hands with some strength in the swing, shows good balance and extension. All fields approach, showed the ability to create lift, produced his best contact when going pull side. Excellent student. Attended Upper Iowa.
