Josh Klena is a 2026 RHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Hamilton, NJ who attends Notre Dame. Medium athletic build with projection remaining. Primary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a full wind-up delivery from the first base side of the rubber with a belt-high leg lift. Clean coil into separation prior to breaking into a deep arm path and low three-quarters release. Fast-paced operation with good arm speed present. Filled up all four quadrants of the strike zone with the fastball. Showed cut and late sink, ultimately peaking at 79 mph with spin up to 2289 rpm. Breaking ball displayed slurvy shape with some run along the horizontal axis. Tunneled it well and manipulated the shape of it. Changeup was well-replicated with some fade. Projects for an uptick in velocity as he continues to add strength to his frame and physically mature. Great student. Named to the 2024 New York Indoor Showcase (Saturday) Top Prospect List.
