Jason Applegate is a 2015 RHP/OF, 1B with a 6-3 177 lb. frame from Columbus, NJ who attends The Hun School of Princeton. Young player with good body and lots of potential. Loose arm action on mound with projection for upper 80s velo very soon. Arm works well in back, downhill plane with fastball sink and natural movement, Stays balanced, hard bit on 72 mph curveball. Very good defensive outfielder and first baseman, Quick feet, good fell for both and arm is very good with more to come. Right handed hitter with upright approach and a long swing with good contact skills and power potential. Good student.
