Christian Torres is a 2016 MIF/RHP with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Miami Senior. Tall lean projectable frame with room to get stronger. Good quick footwork on the infield, has lateral agility, a quick transfer and soft hands. Is defensively sound with good instincts and reads hops well. Is a switch hitting Middle infielder. From the right side he has a leg kick trigger with a good line drive swing, had bat speed, and gets good extension. From the left side he also has a leg kick trigger, with a line drive swing and makes solid contact at the plate. Pitches from a 3/4 release point, with a good mechanics, and has a balanced delivery. Is an outstanding student.
