Gabriel Tirado is a 2024 C/1B/3B with a 5-9 205 lb. frame from Newington, CT who attends The Loomis Chaffee. Medium height with a barrel chest and extra strong frame. Ran a 7.41 in the sixty yard dash. A primary catcher, works the feet in line and almost throws downhill to second base. Really strong arm and showed great accuracy during drills and game play. A left-handed hitter, real power in the core and hands that allow him to unload on balls to the pull side. Torques hard and the ball flies off the bat resulting in multiple shots getting to the bleachers. Enormous power potential and the hit tool plays as well. Very good student. Committed to Connecticut.

Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
