Karson Reeder is a 2026 RHP/1B with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Tomball, TX who attends Tomball. Long and lean high-waisted build with tons of physical projection remaining. Works exclusively from the stretch with a full arm circle in back and a high leg raise over the rubber, works quickly and fills up the strike zone, has feel for location and shape. Fastball topped out at 91 mph with heavy sinking action and was consistently at the bottom of the zone. Threw his slider up to 83 mph with 2800 rpm spin ranges, really nice feel for adding and subtracting velocity and changing shape on the breaking ball. Sinker/slider type who throws with confidence. 6.83 runner in the sixty. Secondary first baseman on defense, has good athleticism and makes accurate throws with good turns. Right handed hitter, starts from a wide base with a low hand load, uphill swing plane, looking to pull and lift, showed his raw power well in BP. Good student with a verbal commitment to Texas.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
