2021 Midwest Top Prospect Games
Devin Wassmann is a 2024 OF/LHP with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Platte City, MO who attends Platte County. Recorded a 6.86 second sixty yard dash time, showcasing great speed. Large frame with a lean and athletic build. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out front and comes through it well. Gets it out quick, made low and accurate throws and showed a long arm action. Smooth and athletic actions overall. Left-handed hitter with a wide base and a low and tight hand set, utilizes a big toe tap trigger. Quick hands with an uphill bat path, hits the ball hard and elevates with ease. Very quick and twitchy movements, produced hard contact to the pull side and shifted his weight well, will improve impact and carry as he levels out the path. Great student. Named to the 2021 Midwest Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
