Cade Citelli is a 2020 RHP/C with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Frisco, TX who attends Frisco. Ran a 7.55 second sixty-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with a tall and athletic frame that has plenty of room to fill out and continue adding strength. Repeats delivery well, starting from the windup with a simple leg lift to the belt. Creates good linear direction down the mound, getting good extension over the front side and landing on line at foot strike. Has a short and compact arm stroke in the back, with a clean arm path from a high three-quarter slot. Creates good downward plane to the fastball up to 90 miles per hour, settling in at 85-to-88 miles per hour for most of the outing. Fastball flashes good run to the arm side at times, giving hitters a very uncomfortable look. Flashes good feel to spin a slider with true 10-4 shape and sharp, late action across the zone at 77 miles per hour. Pairs well with the fastball as a lights out combination. Also shows feel for a late fading changeup at 74 miles per hour, tunneling it well to get big swing and miss. Good mound presence with a delivery that projects well. Also worked out in the infield, showing stiffer actions with developing footwork and timing. Makes strong throws across the diamond at 87 miles per hour. Texas Arlington commit. Named to 2019 South Prospect Showcase, Top Prospect List.
