Cesar Franco is a 2020 OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Weston, FL who attends Cypress Bay. Medium athletic build with room to get stronger. 7.13 runner, works through the ball aggressively with good footwork in the outfield, has quick feet and athletic actions, arm is loose and fast and gets very good carry to his throws, high level right field tools. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a deep hand load, stride into contact can cause him to be late, upper body dominant swing with some length to it, line drive swing plane. Development of his bat will be the key to his development. Has never pitched at a PG event but would be interesting to see on the mound with his athleticism and loose and strong arm.
