2024 Florida High School All-State Games (Invite Only)
Cooper Couig is a 2025 3B/1B with a 6-1 215 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends Combine Academy. Big and strong physical build. 7.63 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, has good footwork for his size and gets to his positions behind the ball well, good feel for the back hand, compact arm stroke, has some carry on his throws and makes accurate throws. Also played some first base and his athleticism and strong fundamentals stand out there. Solid at both positions. Right handed hitter, has tight turns and stays short to the ball, has some lift in his swing with mostly middle of the field contact, very consistent load and timer and repeated his swing well. Chance to keep improving with his strength and swing mechanics. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
