Sean Sailer is a 2026 SS/MIF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Ramsey, NJ who attends Ramsey. Features a taller/lean frame with some present athleticism and projectability. Ran a 7.00 60-yd dash. At SS, showed solid actions exhibiting active feet that give him present range and also set good momentum and direction toward 1B. Glove actions were quality due to softness to the hands at reception working to a clean funnel and exchange. Worked to a quick release using a shorter arm action that got off accurate throws with avg. strength across the diamond. At the plate, he sits in an athletic open stance. He uses a smaller leg lift trigger where his hands load slightly up and deep. His hands work direct and stay inside the baseball well, showing a more down-and-through path with above avg. hand speed. Quality impact results were made when out front where he sent some hard LDs through the middle of the field.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
