Zack Floyd is a 2027 RHP/1B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Georgetown, MA who attends Austin Prep. Taller athletic build with good present strength and more to come. Works from a controlled delivery with a medium leg raise start and a high 3/4's release point. Primary fastball pitcher, topped out at 81 mph with some arm side running life. Mixed in an occasional curveball that had good downer shape and some spin, can use his breaking ball more often. 7.81 runner in the sixty. Plays first base when not on the mound, makes the plays cleanly, throws from an over the top slot with a clean release, tends to wait back on the ball. Right handed hitter, starts from a spread stance with a very high hand load, shifts into contact well and was on time, middle of the field line drive contact with some back spin and some strength at contact.
