Anderson Franklin is a 2025 OF/1B/3B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Whitney, TX who attends Whitney. Primary outfielder with a lean and athletic frame. Works to the ball well with a clean one hand gather to his side fielding it cleanly out in front. Has a quick transfer into a full arm swing. Gets it out on time with good strength and accuracy behind his throws. Was up to 83 from the outfield. Also played infield and profiles best on the corner but was most comfortable in the outfield. Was up to 80 from the infield. Also ran a 7.44 sixty. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and good balance. High handset and coils the barrel on the load. Uses a short heel-lift trigger for timing and rhythm. Swing gets long at times but was still able to find barrels with legitimate impact strength out to pull. Has ability to create leverage and launch balls when timed well. Will tap into even more power when he gets into his lower half even more. Good Student.
