Dominic Panozzo is a 2025 SS/RHP, IF, OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Bourbonnais, IL who attends Bishop Mcnamara. Large, square shouldered frame with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.39 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, fields the ball out front, shorter steps moving towards the ball, can quicken release but shows carry on throws across the diamond, will continue to refine actions. Also pitched, worked exclusively out of the stretch, gathers onto backside at start of delivery, shorter arm action through the back and generates cutting action to fastball when working to the glove side. Topped out at 80 mph and shows some heavy life, occasionally gets on the side of the ball. Mixed in a hard curveball with late, downer action up to 71 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and shows quickness to hands upon launch. Generates jump off of the barrel when squared with line drive contact, gets the barrel out front and the power projects, strength in wrists and can turn over the barrel. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
