2025 PG National Showcase
Matthew Manis is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Memorial. Medium athletic build with some present strength. Rocker step delivery with a belt high leg raise and over the top release point, up tempo mechanics that create some deception. Fastball topped out at 91 mph with good late life. Slider was his best pitch with nice feel for locating and big sweeping life/depth. Mixes his pitches well and keeps hitters off-balance. Did not observe a change up this outing but will have to develop one. Good student. Verbal commitment to Texas.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
