Bryce Pauly is a 2026 3B/RHP, MIF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Davenport, IA who attends Davenport North. Recorded a 7.50 second sixty yard dash time. Medium frame with room to fill and a lean and athletic build. Primary third baseman with smooth and confident actions, can make plays on the move and shows good feel for the glove. Has clean footwork with developing range at present, shows good arm strength across at 83 mph. Also worked out from the outfield, fields off the front foot and moves through the ball well. Very advanced for his age, can play both positions at a high level. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a long and loose arm action that comes through free and easy. Has present arm speed and the operation is smooth and fluid, opens a bit on the foot strike. Was not afraid to get in on the hands with the fastball and it showed solid arm side run, creating plenty of swing and miss at the top of the zone. Featured a curveball with late break and 11-5 shape, has true swing and miss traits and threw it consistently at/below the knees. Also flashed a changeup that he tunneled well. Projects very well on the mound. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and a high hand and back elbow set, utilizes a controlled toe tap trigger and a hand hitch prior to launch. Creates some rhythm in the swing, produced line drive contact during his round and really hits it hard when getting it out front. Has quick hands and present bat speed/strength, can create loud contact to each gap. All the pieces are certainly there, has a high upside moving forward. Excellent student. Named to the 2022 13U/14U Midwest Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
