Aiden Sun is a 2027 MIF/3B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Del Norte. Large, athletic build with well-proportioned strength present and room to add. Primary middle-infielder, stays light and quick on his feet while working through the baseball. Moved well laterally and fielded the ball with soft hands. Has plenty of present quickness in the shoulder. Delivered accurate throws across the diamond while recording arm strength up to 81 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a full wind-up delivery from the first base side of the rubber. Lifts his front leg up to the belt with a slight coil and breaks his hands at the midsection. Separates into a medium arm path before accelerating into a high three-quarters arm angle. Fastball showed some ride when he stayed on top of it, ultimately peaking at 82 mph. Mixed in an upper-60s two-plane breaker when ahead in counts. Right-handed hitter, starts in an even stance with a tight hand set-up. Utilizes a simple stride for timing before working into a slightly uphill bat path. Remains short and direct to the baseball while creating effortless leverage to all parts of the field. Displayed plenty of controlled quickness in the lower-half. Produced several hard line drives during batting practice including a home run. Has great feel for the barrel with very intriguing power potential. Posted an exit velocity of 94 mph. Ran a 7.18 sixty-yard dash. Named to the 2024 National Underclass Showcase-Main Event Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
