Kaden Kuhn is a 2026 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Cathedral Catholic. Wiry athlete. On the mound, he has a quick arm and a whippy 3/4 release. Repeats well with feel to sequence and manipulate hitters. Slider is tight with horizontal break off the fastball plane as well as decent depth to it. Working quick and gaining frequent count leverage. In the outfield, he works direct and the glove works through comfortably. Great carry from a a downhill release. Real strength and zip to the throws. Short explosive stroke. In the infield, he has a good prep step with solid lateral quickness. Creates angles and uses a toe drag for rhtyhm. Athletic on the charge and can vary the slot comfortably. Backhand mechanic could use a tpouch of polish but there are stand out tools in place. Right-handed hitter, wide base, high hands and high back elbow. Hands drop into a more traditional position as he gets loaded. Engages a strong lower half to generate torque. Pounded balls hard to the pull side throughout the round and created solid jump off the barrel. 6.95 60-yard. Excellent student. Named to the Top Prospect list.
