Eli Emery is a 2026 C/1B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Marshall, TX who attends Marshall. Medium, square shouldered frame with present strength and additional room to grow moving forward. Ran an 8.32 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, slight turn at start of actions during drills, receives the ball out front, works on top of throws and shows some arm strength and carry down to second base, flexible lower half actions, softness to receiving skills, clean and short release on throws. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, open stance in the box. Incorporates strength nicely into swing,, long swing path through the zone with present bat speed, handsy stroke and can implement additional lower half into process. Works on a mostly linear path, has tools to improve upon moving forward. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
