Theo Loughlin is a 2025 1B/RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Annapolis, MD who attends Archbishop Spalding. Recorded an 8.32-second sixty-yard time. Large, slender frame with ton of strength remaining to be added throughout his frame. Primary first baseman, flashed some athleticism with actions around the bag, developing footwork that could improve with better mobility. Accurate throws from various slots, up to 71 mph. Deep fielding funnel with resistant hands. Secondary right-handed pitcher, full windup with a full arm circle from the back side. Effortless operation that he repeats with a 3/4 arm slot. Topped out at 76 mph with his fastball, ranging from 72-75, working it on both sides of the plate. Developing a breaking ball that flashed 12-shape and loose spin. Left-handed hitter, narrow, slightly open stance with a high-hand set that would get wrapped at times. Worked well to the pull side flashing power potential as he adds strength in the future. Flashed feel for the barrel with quick hands that create barrel whip. Round improved as he simplified his approach.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
