Bennett Dicarlo is a 2026 RHP/1B with a 6-5 198 lb. frame from Manassas, VA who attends Thomas Jefferson. Large frame with long limbs and impressive physical presence on the field. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.65 seconds. Primary position RHP, using a belt high leg lift before working down the slope with a shorter stride. Accelerates through a 3/4 arm angle and when the arm was synched with his body he leveraged the ball downhill nicely. Fastball up to 82 mph with some arm side run and would miss elevated here and there. Curve ball with heavy downward angle at 12-6 in the upper-60s and tunneled the change up well in the low-70s with sinking action. Secondary position 1B, moving methodically through reps and making plays with familiarity in the position. Also let some rip from the outfield where he showed veto up to 84 mph back to the bags. RHH working with a medium stance, quite upright with a lower handset. Longer front arm as he loads and does have strong hands creating loud impact when he stays on the ball. Outstanding student as well.
