2023 Deep South Prospect Showcase
Michael Relle is a 2025 2B/RHP, 3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Covington, LA who attends Archbishop Hannan. Relle showed some speed as he ran a 7.06 sixty yard dash. Primary middle infielder A young lean build with some current strength and plenty more room for additional strength. He displayed clean footwork laterally to the ball catching it cleanly with quick ball to glove transfers. The arm showed some cary across as he was accurate with the throws. He showed the ability to drop the arm slot when needed. In the outfield Relle is aggressive working through the ball with longer strides and plenty of intent. He showed a longer arm action with some downward angle on the throws. Right handed hitter starts with a wider even foot base with a toe tap trigger. He stays well balanced throughout as the hips fire very efficiently and the hands work very loose through the zone. The contact is very consistent as he showed some strength to all fields. Michael is an Excellent student. He was named to the 2023 Deep South Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
