Thomas Pascanu is a 2026 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Anthem, AZ. Feature a tall, lanky build with room to add. Primary left-handed pitcher. Utilizes a semi-windup delivery with tall and fall mechanics. Slight crossfire landing adds some deceptions. Throws with a long arm action out of a high 3/4 slot. Throws with intent. The fastball sat 72-76 mph with slight armside run. Flashed the ability to get whiffs at the top of the zone. Paired it with a fading changeup at 59-62 mph. Still developing the overall feel for the offering. Also showed a curveball at 60-62 mph with short, slurve-like action. Flashed the ability to create depth on the offering. Arm strength translated fairly well to the outfield. Threw 71 mph during workouts. Still developing footwork during approach. Caught the ball consistently using a low glove position. Worked out at first base as well. Used a patient approach on ground balls. Showed the ability to make the routine play. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a slightly open stance with a narrow base. Flashed some bat speed using a direct path. Gets extension out front. Looks to drive the ball in the air. Still developing consistent barrel accuracy. Ran a 7.94 60-yard dash. Excellent student. Named to the 13u/14 Sunshine Southwest Showcase Top Prospect List.
