Alexander Erickson is a 2024 OF/RHP, MIF with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Rancho Cucamonga, CA who attends Alta Loma. Features a longer, lean, athletic frame. On the bump, he has an athletic, repeatable delivery. Has a big leg lift throwing out of a three-quarter slot, while working downhill. Challenges hitters on the inner half with fastball, staying around the zone with it throughout. Did not have a great feel for the curveball but threw a couple that were sharp with eleven-five movement. In the outfield he charges the ball aggressively with quick feet and solid rhythm. Works through, throwing downhill with a quick arm that has carry and accuracy. At the plate he has a medium base and stays slightly open. Has a leg lift trigger and gets good extension. Path matches the plane and stayed on the screws with solid barrel control. Ran a 6.80 sixty-yard dash. Good student.
