Elijah Miller is a 2029 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Morehead, KY who attends Rowan County. Big and tall young build with lots of strength potential. Left handed hitter, sets up in a spread and slightly open stance with a short stride timer, rotational swing mechanics with a pull side approach, can get over extended at times but flashes strength in his hands, projectable hitting tools given his size and strength potential. 8.31 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, step by step actions to the ball, fields the ball deep and bends at the waist, developing accuracy and consistency on his throws. Also worked out as a third baseman. Took a turn on the mound, worked from the stretch with a belt high leg raise and a compact arm action, short stride out front. Fastball topped out at 77 mph with some running life. Went to his curveball often and threw strikes with it early in counts. Excellent student.
