Gino Mallamo is a 2028 SS/2B, OF, UT with a 5-6 140 lb. frame from Tracy, CA who attends John C. Kimball. Small frame. In the infield, he tends to gwet the glove down late but shows solid lateral agility. Footowork is very good but the glove is not on par yet with the feet. Cleran stroke produced accurate throws across. Right-handed hitter, wide base, high back elbow, and direct path. Drives the lower half hard to genrate torque and whips the barrel through the hitting zone. Solid hand accelration and connection present in ther swing. Good rhythm with clean operation and intent. 8.13 60-yard. Named to the Top Prospect list.
